As long as we have your item in stock, we will aim to dispatch it within 24 hours of purchase.

The exact time it will take until your order is delivered to you will depend on your location. Most customers receive their purchase 2 to 14 days after purchase. Please refer to the chart below for an estimated time for delivery of your order.

Yes, you can. Once your order is collected from our warehouse, the company delivering your item will send you a tracking link by email. Tap on the link to track the status of your delivery. You can contact the logistics company with any queries, but don’t worry, we will keep an eye on things to make sure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.

If you specified ‘No Authority to Leave’ when you placed your order, the courier will return your order to the depot. You will then need to contact the company to arrange re-delivery and pay the associated delivery fee. If, however, you did not specify ‘No Authority to Leave’, the courier is authorised to leave your order in a secure and discreet location.

Unfortunately the couriers are unable to call before delivery. However, the tracking link will enable you to see when you can expect your delivery.

Yes, you can cancel your order after purchase, but it’s essential that you act fast. Call or email our service team as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. If, however, we have dispatched your order, we will need to charge you a flat fee of *$75* to cover the work associated with the return of your order to our warehouse.
